The third annual 2015 eLearning Innovations Conference & Expo (ELICE) brought together international thought leaders and educators with a passion for educational technology, digital media, and innovation to learn, network, and exchange ideas on best practices on mobile learning. This year’s event was hosted by the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) for five days from September 28 to October 2, 2015.
The 2015 eLearning Innovations Conference was made possible through a public-private partnership between TALENTS Kenya and the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD). Previously TALENTS has partnered with The Public Service Commission (Kenya) to convene the 2013 and 2014 Conferences. The conference is supported by a diverse network of professionals, including practitioners (from NGOs, government, and industry) and academic researchers.
The eLearning Innovations Conference is the ONLY conference in the region that focuses primarily on the professional development, growth, and networking of educators at all levels and across sectors, with a keen interest in advancing the practice of mobile education/eLearning.
This event featured cutting edge researchers, innovators, practitioners, teachers of all levels, and across all levels of education and sectors. Organised under the theme ‘Changing Lives’, the conference featured diverse speakers in a variety of session formats:
Pre-conference workshops Virtual conference/Webinars
